From Temuco: toward
the north by the route #5 (Pan-American) until Lautaro there are
30 kilometers of freeway. From there toward
the east other 54 kilometers. Total: 84 kilometers by asphalted
road.
From Los Angeles: toward the south by the route
#5 (Pan-American) until Victoria there are 105 kilometers of freeway.
From there toward the east other 56 kilometers. Total: 161 kilometers
by asphalted road.
From Lonquimay: toward the west there are 63
kilometers of asphalted road, except the 4.500 meters of the interesting
tunnel Las Raices.
LONQUIMAY
From Curacautín: toward the east, there
are 63 kilometers asphalted, except the 4.500 meters of the tunnel
Las Raices. For those that suffer of claustrophobia they can take
the downhill Las Raices instead of the tunnel.
From Zapala (Argentina): toward the northwest
by the national route #22 until the International Pass Pino Hachado,
there are 87 kilometers. From there, other 65 kilometers until
Lonquimay. Total: 152 kilometers by asphalted road. |
