Wonderful property in the Chilean Patagonia

Located in an area of rainy and cold climate, in a mark of absolute tranquility and security in a rustic and virgin environment that was open to the civilization just 30 years ago.

It has a very important tourist potential since many outdoor activities may be practiced in it such as fishing, hunting, mountaineering, horseback riding and many others. The fact of being in an undeveloped area and free of all pollution, makes this land even more attractive.

The property has natural fences, wire fences and gates. It also has dirt roads with crossed trunks and paths.

The property is also highly suitable for livestock breeding and crops.

To access the property you must travel 1,000 meters from the Carretera Austral (Austral road) to the Cisnes river, which must be crossed by boat. It would not be difficult or very expensive to place a raft to cross vehicles at this point.

The property has its own lagoon which is called 'Valles Perdidos' (Lost Valleys). It shines as a typical mountain range lake, from where the stream Sandoval is bron, ending in the Cisnes river, all of it within the property limits.

It has approximately 4 kilometers of coast of the Cisnes river, of crystalline waters and an incomparable beauty. The fishing is excellent.

The area where the property is located is very beautiful and calm. The landscapes that are observed in its own land and in the surroundings are imposing, with mountains, mirrors of water, rivers, streams, etc.
Very near to this place is the National Park Queulat, with waterfalls, the famous 'Ventisquero Colgante' (Hanging Snowdrift), and other natural attractions.
It is also very close to the 'Lago Las Torres' National Reservation.
The Balmaceda international airport is located less than three hours from the property, with 145 paved kilometers and the other 65 with a well consolidated dirt road. In a near future, the whole Austral road, which crosses before the property access, it's planned to be paved.

Its tourist potential is enormous in many aspects, either for sports fishing (catch & release), lodging, boar hunting, canoeing, kayaking, trips, mountaineering, as for the construction of a golf course, etc. Worldwide Tourism privileges this area as an incomparable region for its completely unpolluted atmosphere.

Sports fishing constitutes without doubts one of its biggest attractions, since salmon and trout of great size can be caught.
