Payment methods & schedule for tours in Argentina and Chile

PAYMENT METHODS:

1) Credit cards: we accept credit card payments through PayPal secure website (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
2) Paypal account: if you already have a PayPal account then it will take less than a minute. Opening a PayPal account is very easy and it's free, visit www.paypal.com for more information.
3) Wire transfer to our USA based account.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

For individuals the full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival on first destination (for the high season).
For groups (4 rooms or more) please contact us.

For short tours (one destination) a 60% down payment is usually required within two weeks after confirmation of the booking process since this is the time limit for air tickets to be issued after the reservation.
For all other tours you'll be informed by one of our representatives.

Cancellation policies and fees for tours in Argentina and Chile

Cancellation policies / fees:

This policy applies only to those tours that are already confirmed and paid.

Domestic or international flights in Argentina or Chile: This will depend on the specific policies for every airline for every flight / rate. We'll apply same policy as for the airline.

Tours in Patagonia and in Chile:
If cancellation is done 31 (or more) days before arrival there is no penalty (no cancellation fee).
For cancellations done between 16 and 30 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50%, meaning a 50% refund.
If cancellation is done 15 (or less) before arrival date, then the cancellation fee will be 100%, no refund.

Buenos Aires, Salta, Mendoza and Iguazu:
If cancellation is done 21 (or more) days before arrival there is no penalty (no cancellation fee).
For cancellations done between 20 and 11 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 50%, meaning a 50% refund.
If cancellation is done 10 (or less) before arrival date, then the cancellation fee will be 100%, no refund.

Please note that groups and cruises have different policies, we'll let you know.
